Forrest received his B.S. in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He began his career in water resources chasing errant sediment as a construction site inspector with the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District. Forrest has been with Capitol Region Watershed District since 2007 and now oversees the District’s Facility Management Division. Forrest is a registered professional engineer in the State of Minnesota.
