Jared Tomlin is the Stormwater Program Manager at the City of Martinsburg, WV. He holds a MS in GIS/Environmental Biology from Hood College. After two terms at the NASA DEVELOP program, he landed in inaugural GIS internship class at the City in 2018. Jared stayed on as the city’s GIS Analyst and promoted to Coordinator. Since, he has developed the framework for what would become the newly instituted Stormwater Utility as the Program Manager.
