Tom Price P.E. is director of ECT’s Green Stormwater Infrastructure Team composed of civil engineers, landscape architects, and ecologists. Through Tom’s career he has worked at public and private agencies with a common focus on improving watershed resilience and quality through use of high performance green infrastructure. Working with other design professionals, his team designs integrated stormwater and landscape systems that improve the places that people live, work, and play.
