Breanne Plier is a certified planner who specializes in program development and management, and community engagement. She received her Bachelor’s degree in natural resource management and Community Sustainability. She earned her Master’s in urban planning from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2014, and in 2015 earned her AICP certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners. She has over 11 years of experience developing and managing public infrastructure projects, specifically green stormwater infrastructure.
