Ed is the Stormwater Section Manager for City of Flagstaff Water Services. He manages various Stormwater Programs such as Capital Improvements, Drainage Studies, Infrastructure Maintenance, and Emergency Response. He holds a Masters in Water Resources from Indiana University and a Bachelors in Geology from Hanover College. He has previous experience at the USGS, National Park Service, consulting, and water related non-profits.
