Matt has twenty years of experience in water resources project management and oversees all project implementation for TNC’s Brightstorm program. Matt integrated one of the world's largest asset owners, the USEPA, and Maryland DOT in a first-of-its kind P3 approach to water quality trading that launched the Brightstorm program. Matt has fostered relationships with large retailers, REITs and landholders, while working with regulators and potential clients on the technical engineering aspects of innovative water projects.
