Randy Neprash has been staff for the Minnesota Cities Stormwater Coalition since 2002. He was a founder and has been the Chair and Vice Chair (no longer serving) of the National Municipal Stormwater Alliance (NMSA).
Randy was named the 2014 Professional Manager of the Year for Water Resources by the American Public Works Association, at that time the first stormwater regulatory specialist to be recognized with this award.
