Duane Duncanson has dedicated more than 30 years to protecting Minnesota's water resources through his work at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). As Supervisor of the Municipal Stormwater Regulatory Program, he leads efforts to help communities effectively manage stormwater while supporting clean water across the state. Over the course of his career, Duane has worked in a variety of environmental programs, including wastewater, solid waste rule development, and water policy, giving him a broad perspective on environmental protection and regulatory programs. Duane strives to promote a practical regulatory approach that best helps communities develop effective local stormwater programs to protect Minnesota's lakes, rivers, and streams for future generations.
