Ryan Johnson is the Environmental Manager for the City of Roseville, MN. He has been in the Engineering Department with the City for 12 years where he manages the water resources, stormwater infrastructure, and the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). Ryan is a steering committee member for the Minnesota Cities Stormwater Coalition (MCSC) and on the Planning Committee for the MN Water Resource Conference.
