Paula is a hydrologist and coordinator of the Minnesota Stormwater Manual at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). She is a registered professional engineer with 10 years of experience working as a consultant in water resources management, hydrologic modeling, street sweeping best practice, and green infrastructure design. Paula is an alumna of the University of Minnesota Bioproduct & Biosystems Engineering Department where the Prior Lake Street Sweeping Study was the subject of her graduate thesis.
