Haley Foster is the Communications & Outreach Coordinator for the City of Minneapolis Surface Water & Sewers Division. She leads strategic communication, public education, and community engagement focused on clean water and stormwater management. Her work makes complex environmental systems accessible through storytelling, digital tools, and public partnerships with nonprofits, schools, and watershed organizations. Haley holds a B.S. in Public Relations and Broadcast Journalism and is completing her M.S. in Strategic Communication.
