Maxine Winslow is the Program Coordinator for the City of Missoula Stormwater Utility. She holds a B.S. in Environmental and Ecosystem Sciences from Washington State University and previously interned with the Kitsap County Stormwater Division. In her current role, Maxine supports stormwater infrastructure coordination, geographic data management, grant administration, water sampling, and public outreach. She brings strong technical knowledge and community engagement experience to advancing Missoula’s stormwater goals.
