Marie Nelson is the Program Specialist for the City of Missoula Stormwater Utility, leading public outreach and education to support MS4 compliance and community stewardship. Since 2019, she has managed public campaigns, neighborhood engagement, nonprofit partnerships, and behavior-focused outreach that strengthens community understanding of stormwater impacts. With 25+ years in marketing and communication and extensive field experience in the Missoula Valley, Marie brings a practical, community-centered approach to stormwater education.
