Matthew Scott is the Central US Stormwater Lead for Black & Veatch. Working in Kansas City, he has had the privilege to help lead design of some of the region’s largest green infrastructure projects – including a role as engineering manager for the Daniel Morgan Boone Park project. He has a Master’s of Science from the University of Kansas and has worked in the stormwater industry in the Kansas City area for the past 19 years.
