Tracy Campbell is Superintendent of the City of Missoula Stormwater Utility. She manages day-to-day operations of the City’s flood control system--integrating field crews, planning, and public outreach to prevent flooding and protect water quality. She also leads compliance with the City’s MS4 permit. With over 25 years in water-resources compliance, she holds degrees from Colorado State and Montana State and focuses on science-based solutions that improve water quality, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
