Tim Back is a Professional Engineer with Back Municipal Consulting. He has over 30 year’s experience in trenchless technologies, specializing in rehabilitation. He has extensive experience with construction management, inspection and testing of trenchless projects. He assists municipalities on I&I reduction and trenchless product selection. He is a member of NASTT, ASCE, AWWA, WEF Collection System Committee, and ASTM. He has published paper by Underground Construction Magazine and most recently Trenchless technology Magazine.
