Patrick is the Storm Water Quality Engineer with the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA). Prior to joining the staff at AMAFCA, Patrick worked for over 15 years in the private sector as an award-winning Project Manager. Patrick has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed Professional Engineer in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas.
