This has been an active year in stormwater policy.  From the WOTUS rulemaking to the Executive Order on affordable housing that targets regulatory requirements, including construction and post-construction stormwater requirements – there is a lot to cover.  This session will address these and other issues that have national impacts on the legal and policy landscape in the stormwater sector.
