Floor covering is mandatory per Show Management. Booth spaces without carpet on Tuesday, August 25th at 12:00 PM will have it automatically installed at the exhibitor’s expense.

Kelber Catering is the exclusive food and beverage provider in the Minneapolis Convention Center for catering, concession and hospitality services, as well as the applicable exclusive liquor license from the City of Minneapolis.
Outside food and beverage is not permitted within the MCC. Any instance of outside food and/or beverage discovered will result in a one-thousand-dollar ($1000) fee charged to the exhibitor and the outside food and/or beverage will be confiscated.

Exhibitor Certificate of Insurance (COI) +
Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)/Third Party Policy
Exhibitor COI’s Due: July 24, 2026
A Certificate of Liability Insurance or "COI" is required for ALL exhibitors participating in the RDH Under One Roof 2026. A COI is obtained by the Exhibitor’s insurance carrier, or Exhibitors may purchase temporary event insurance through our official vendor Rainprotection Insurance. The deadline for submitting the COI indicating adequate insurance coverage is July 24, 2026*.

Rainprotection Insurance is the official provider for short term, event specific, temporary insurance for exhibitors at StormCon 2026. Purchase event specific insurance through Rainprotection Insurance using the link below.
* Per the Exhibition Rules, Regulations & Conditions set forth by EndeavborB2B, and agreed to by Exhibitor upon execution and submission of the Exhibit Space Agreement (Agreement) for this event, Exhibitor agrees to provide EndeavorB2B with a suitable certificate verifying that the required insurance is and will remain in force for the duration of the Exhibition.

EXHIBITOR STAFF BADGE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Each exhibitor receives:
- One (1) exhibitor full conference badge registration.
- Two (2) exhibit booth staff badge registrations for a 10x10 booth unit (100 Square feet of your exhibit space).
- One (1) additional exhibit booth staff registration for each additional 100 square feet of booth space.
- Over-Allotment Booth Staff can be purchased at any time during the registration process.
If you see (SOLD OUT) beside your company name, someone from your company has already registered and is now the primary for your group. You will need to log in with their email address below to add additional staff.
If you DO NOT see your company name listed, please contact the registration department at registration@endeavorb2b.com.
