Randy Neprash, PE is a civil engineer and nationally-recognized stormwater regulatory specialist. From 2002 to 2023, Randy was the sole staff for the Minnesota Cities Stormwater Coalition, an organization of about 130 of the MS4-permitted cities in Minnesota. Randy is a founder and the current Vice-Chair of the National Municipal Stormwater Alliance. Randy currently works with and owns Neprash Consulting, PLLC.
