Heather Himmelberger, P.E. has over 35 years of experience working with water and wastewater utilities. She has a BS in Environmental Engineering from Penn State and an MS from Johns Hopkins University. Heather has been Director of the SW EFC since 1996 and has been a staunch advocate of asset management practice for over 18 years. She helped develop an integrated asset management framework that includes green and natural assets along with gray assets.
