Adam has been a leader in local government for nearly 20 years, providing communities in suburban Chicago with expertise in public works and engineering management. He is the Director of Public Works and Engineering for the Village of Mundelein where he completed dozens of high-profile projects including most recently a new $23 million public works facility in 2021. Adam holds a professional engineering license in Illinois and is a certified floodplain manager.
