Alecia Jenkins is an environmental protection specialist with the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment. Alecia enforces the district’s municipal stormwater regulations at construction sites, inspects post-construction stormwater management practices for operation and maintenance, and manages the stormwater management Self-Inspection Self-Reporting program. Alecia has a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
