Mr. Cooper is a senior manager at ECT. In his 25 years of practice he has expanded the integration of green infrastructure and restorative design principles throughout the Midwest. His portfolio includes headquarters for Fortune 500 companies, more than 50 parks, numerous downtown streetscapes, and many natural area restoration projects. Mr. Cooper is versed in a broad range of green technologies, with significant practice in applications such as bioretention, rainwater harvesting systems, and permeable paving.
