Noelle Trent is a Civil Engineer at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations. She serves as the civil engineering subject matter expert for the bureau by providing engineering consultation and code enforcement for OBO planners, design and construction teams, and overseas facility managers. She also serves as the Climate Hazard Lead for the bureau’s Climate Security and Resilience program, which seeks to support the Department of State’s diplomatic missions around the world through identification and reduction of natural hazard risk across their building portfolio. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Duke University.
