Willis Logsdon is a scientist and planner specializing in urban water systems. Willis uses his background in hydrology, spatial modeling, and planning to support science-based decisions in the field of urban watershed management. Willis currently works as a Watershed Planner with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Utility Planning Division.
