Roy McGrath, CEO and Chairman of the Maryland Environmental Service Board of Directors, previously served on the executive staff of Maryland Governor Larry Hogan. Mr. McGrath provided oversight for fifteen State departments, agencies and Governor’s offices, including oversight of 26,000 State employees and $7 Billion in budgets. Before that, Mr. McGrath was vice president of business development for a leading retail industry trade group, where he worked for nearly 20 years. Mr. McGrath holds a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park, is in the MBA program, and is a member of the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences Board of Visitors. He also serves in the Governor’s cabinet. Mr. McGrath holds credentials from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the U.S Chamber of Commerce Foundation Institute for Organization Management (IOM), where he also serves as a member of the Northeast IOM Board of Regents.
