Mr. Pendleton is a Geologist with EKI Environment & Water, Inc. He received a B.S. from the University of Minnesota in Geology and an M.S. in Geological Sciences from the University of Idaho. He is a Professional Geologist and a Qualified Stormwater Practitioner and Developer in California. In addition, Mr. Pendleton is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control. His experience-base primarily deals with California regulations and permit compliance. His work focuses on construction storm water projects and subsurface soil, soil vapor, and groundwater investigations and remediation. He is a member of the California Storm Water Quality Association and the Geological Society of America. He volunteers as the Chairperson of the Southern California Chapter of the Association of Environmental and Engineering Geologists. Mr. Pendleton also volunteered as a Grand Awards Judge for water science projects at the 2020 International Science and Engineering Fair.
