David Renfrew is a Vice President and Water Resources Director for Alta Environmental|NV5. He is a Certified Project Management Professional with over 20 years of experience working in the environmental sciences field. Dave received his B.S. in Hydrogeology from San Diego State University in 1996. He is a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality, a Qualified Industrial Storm Water Practitioner, an Industrial Permit Trainer of Record, and was recently appointed to the IGP train the trainer team. Dave is also a Qualified SWPPP Developer for the Construction General Permit. He provides water resources and compliance services to industrial, commercial, and municipal clients.
