Dan is a professional civil engineer with 24 years specializing in stormwater, which has been the focus of his work for 10 of the last 15 years. His work has spanned commercial, industrial and urban site design, including grading and infrastructure (road, water and sewer) regional drainage and stormwater treatment solutions. He has worked on private and public projects from the municipal to the federal level, building lasting relationships. Prior to joining Tetra Tech, he worked for 7 years at the Washington State Department of Ecology. He was an integral part of the Municipal NPDES Stormwater unit, supporting grants and authoring parts the Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington. He served as the chair of Ecology’s technical team and was the lead on complex stormwater initiatives including watershed and basin planning.
