Zach Monge has been a Project Manager with Jacobs for over 11 years after receiving his Masters in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from UMass – Amherst, and Bachelors in Environmental Engineering from UConn. He is currently PE licensed in New York and Massachusetts. At Jacobs (and formerly CH2M) he has designed and managed the construction of more than 85 green infrastructure and natural treatment projects for combined sewer overflow abatement and overseen the construction of more than 100 green infrastructure and natural treatment projects. These projects have ranged from smaller vacant lot projects, to large natural treatment projects and many other green infrastructure best management practices. Zach is currently Program Manager of Onondaga County, NY’s award-winning Save the Rain CSO Abatement Program.
