James Pilkington is a Project Manager in the Environmental Security Department at the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) in Southern California. He is responsible for numerous stormwater projects involving innovative treatment medias and designs along with other water treatment focused initiatives. He received a BS in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo and a Systems Engineering Certificate from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona.
