Dylan Porter is a Senior Environmental Specialist with the Port of Long Beach Environmental Planning Division. Dylan has been with the Port for 11 years. Dylan manages stormwater compliance for all activities within the Port of Long Beach, overseeing industrial, commercial, and construction stormwater compliance required by the Long Beach MS4 (municipal stormwater) permit as well as dredging compliance. Dylan is a Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner Trainer of Record and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner. He received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California and his Master’s in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
