Jacob Dorman, AICP, is a Regional Regulatory Manager for Contech® Engineered Solutions LLC where, for the past 5 years, he has helped facilitate the development of stormwater management policies at the state, regional, and local levels across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast areas of the United States. The first dozen years of his stormwater-focused career were spent in municipal stormwater program management and long-range, comprehensive planning roles. Jacob has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Lynchburg College (now known as the University of Lynchburg) in Lynchburg, VA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
