Patrick is the Storm Water Quality Engineer with the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA). AMAFCA’s mission is to prevent injury or loss of life and to eliminate or minimize property damage in the greater Albuquerque area by designing, building, operating, and maintaining flood control structures that also improve stormwater quality. Prior to joining the staff at AMAFCA, Patrick worked for over 15 years in the private sector as an award winning Project Manager. Patrick has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed Professional Engineer in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas.
