Rob Armstrong is a professional engineer who earned his bachelor’s degree from NC State University in 1994. He also holds certifications in Waste Water Treatment, Sanitary Sewer Collections Systems, Water Distribution Systems and Well Water Treatment. He has served as the Director of Public Works for the City of Lumberton since 2006 where he is responsible for developing long range public works related capital plans and oversees Water and Sewer Operations and Fleet Maintenance Operations.
