Jeremiah is a Regional Regulatory Manager for Contech Engineered Solutions, focusing on the development of stormwater regulations in California and the Pacific Northwest. During his 20 years as a stormwater engineer, he has been active in the development, design, and performance testing of innovative stormwater treatment systems throughout the US, Italy, and New Zealand. He holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Tulane University and visits New Orleans as often as possible.
