Tony Li has worked in the NYC Department of Environmental Protection's Right-of-way Green Infrastructure group since April, 2016. Initially he worked as a project engineer, reviewing Geotech and drainage submittals from consultants. Later on, in 2019 Mr. Li started working on the project management side, and has managed various GI contracts throughout design and construction phases.
