Ted Shriro is a Water Resources Analyst in the Envionmental Services Division for the the City of Springfield, Oregon. Ted is a licensed architect and landscape architect with over 20 years’ experience in the fields of landscape architecture, architecture, botany and restoration ecology. Ted holds a BA in fine art from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters of Landscape Architecture and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Oregon.
