Mr. Bailey has been involved in the stormwater and green infrastructure industry for over 15 years. He has served in roles including land planning, civil engineering, residential construction, regulatory review and inspection, and sales and services. Through this uniquely well-rounded background of experience, Mr. Bailey has been able to develop a unique knowledge base on challenges facing designers, developers, contractors, and regulators.
Mr. Bailey is a community Stormwater Committee member and registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, he has worked with manufacturers to develop patented products that address stormwater treatment and storage challenges. Today, as Commercial Director, for Komline-Aquashield, Mr. Bailey shares his knowledge with the stormwater industry through engineering support, technical presentations, and solution development.
