Mr. Bailey has been involved in the stormwater industry for over 15 years. He is a licensed engineer and has served in numerous roles including land planning, civil engineering, construction, regulatory review and inspection. Through his experiences, Mr. Bailey has developed a unique knowledge base on challenges facing designers, developers, contractors, and regulators. As Senior Technical Services Manager, Mr. Bailey provides the national Green Infrastructure Solution team with engineering support, technical presentations, and solution development.
