David, a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Nevada, Reno, launched his career at the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) in 2007, serving as a roadway design engineer for eight years. After earning a Master's in Hydrology, he worked for 6 years as a Stormwater Engineer in NDOT's Hydraulics Division. In 2023, David joined the City of Reno as an Associate Civil Engineer, where he oversees the Stormwater Basin Inspection Program, and project manages.
