Student registration is a two step process. You must be a full-time student and be able to verify eligibility. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy for your 2016-17 student ID. Instructions will be returned to you.

Reservations and Ticketing
Attendee Pre-Conference / Regular Conference Cancellations prior to July 1, 2017, will be subject to a processing fee of 35%. After July 1, 2017, registration fees will not be refunded, but may be applied to another individual's registration fees. StormCon must be notified in writing prior to August 21, 2017 of any transferred registration. A completed form with the new attendee's information must accompany the notification.
Pre-conference Workshop Cancellations by StormCon: Please register early. Workshops will be cancelled 10 days prior to the event if there is low enrollment at the time. When a workshop is cancelled, candidates will be notified immediately and will receive a complete refund of paid pre-confereence workshop fees only. Refunds for credit card transactions processed online will be refunded back to the credit card within 4 - 6 weeks after the cancellation. If workshop registration was not completed online you will be refunded by check within 6 - 8 weeks after the cancellation.
Certification Cancellations: StormCon is not responsible for certification cancellations. Please refer to the Certifying Authority regarding course/test cancellation policies.
StormCon is not responsible for expenses incurred beyond the enrollment fees.
