Katrina Kessler, P.E., commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, will focus on the challenges and opportunities facing stormwater management, the need to respond to and prepare for climate change, the critical need to manage the impact of pollutants including forever chemicals and the challenge of meeting these needs with aging infrastructure. Commissioner Kessler will also speak to the issue of managing PFAS in stormwater as well as addressing stormwater needs as part of building climate resilient communities.
