Public education is a cornerstone of any MS4 program, and teachers offer an efficient channel for reaching students and their families with stormwater pollution prevention messages. But competing demands make teachers a difficult audience to engage. Three partners in the Twin Cities, including a licensed high school science teacher, are addressing that challenge by building a community of STEM teachers and professionals around stormwater education goals.
