Mr. Duda has applied his education in environmental engineering and planning to build a broad range of experience in software development, GIS, and watershed modeling applications. He is one of a few individuals with extensive knowledge of the HSPF source code, which is currently one of the most comprehensive and flexible models of watershed hydrology and water quality available. Mr. Duda is currently developing a python version of HSPF, known as HSP2.
