The National Municipal Stormwater Alliance (NMSA) has been working to establish a national testing program in the stormwater sector since 2021. This effort (known as the Stormwater Testing and Evaluation for Products and Practices (STEPP) program) has moved from being a conceptual idea to a functioning program. This panel will provide background information and a status update on the program as well as anticipated near-term developments. Finally, panelists will share their views on the value of the STEPP program from various perspectives ranging from national, state, and local levels as well as the public and private sector viewpoints. Information on how to engage with the program will be provided as well."
